The millennial generation is different than the baby-boomers and generation X. The millennial generation continuously seek for the chances of self-improvement, when they do not get chances or enough scopes; they mostly leave the organization they are working for (Calk & Patrick, 2017). The leaders at different organization therefore need to be careful while working with millennial generation. With rapid globalization, various cultures now meet more frequently, therefore, it would be the duty of the leaders to have thorough introspection and evaluation skills which will let them know about the pulse of millennial generation. In the contemporary time, when generation Z is emerging with a developed understanding and knowledge in ICT, millennials are also successfully collaborating with them.
